Just a reminder that January is Maintenance Fee Month. The time we have to start collecting maintenance fees to keep the lake going. January is a tough month as our funds start to run critically low. Taxes, water bills, PSE&G, etc. still keep coming in through the colder months. Please don’t forget your beloved lake and remind your neighbors. We need you. Thanks
